The ongoing energy crises and the increase in the price cap by Ofgem in April 2022 has customers facing rising bills. We understand this impacts many of you and especially those that are vulnerable.

This is why we wanted to reassure you that we are dedicated to helping you where we can. We have put together some helpful resources where you can access support from both us and the government.

E.ON Next Energy Fund.

The E.ON Next Energy Fund has been created to help our customers who are experiencing financial hardship and are struggling. There are two ways this fund can help and support you:
  • To help with paying your gas and electricity bills through grants.
  • To replace appliances such as a cooker, fridge, fridge-freezer or washing machine if yours is broken or in poor condition.
